If you are 55 or older, this program is for you! These workouts will improve your level of fitness through functional exercises in a welcoming and supportive environment. The Legends program will help you regain balance, strength, mobility and help you maintain your independence for years to come

Our program is conducted in small group private sessions (2-4 people) to make sure you're getting tons of attention from your coach. Workouts will always be tailored to your physical ability. We will focus on strength, stamina, balance, and coordination and building conditioning through low impact exercises.

Our goal for you is long-term health, fitness and overall well-being.
